SEBI has introduced an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) portal for shareholders to resolve grievances, and IKIO Lighting Ltd has registered on the portal. Shareholders can raise complaints directly with the company/RTA, and if unresolved, they can raise it on the SCORES platform of SEBI, and if still unsatisfied, they can initiate the ODR process through the ODR portal.
