Mr. Sarang Dinesh Likhitkar has been changed from Managing Director to Non-Executive Director effective June 9, 2025, and Mr. Abhishek Pratapkumar Thakkar has been appointed as the new Managing Director for a period of five years, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, a rights issue for up to Rs. 50 Crores will be initiated with a rights entitlement ratio of 60 shares for every 91 shares held.
