ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd has received an Order from the Assistant Commissioner of GST & Central Excise, raising a GST demand of ₹6,435,178, with interest of ₹1,578,829 and penalty of ₹291,476. The company has already paid ₹4,163,282 towards the demand and interest and will be filing an appeal against the Order.
