ICICI Lombard General Insurance plans to acquire shares of Tata Consultancy Services and Infosys, both in the ordinary course of business. Tata Consultancy Services has a market cap of Rs 14,336.31 billion and Infosys has a market cap of Rs 7,328.12 billion, with cash consideration for both acquisitions.
