Hikal Ltd. has filed a Special Leave Petition (SLP) before the Supreme Court seeking relief against the order of the Bombay High Court and the letter issued by the Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB). The Supreme Court has granted the company four weeks of no coercive actions and allowed them to approach the Bombay High Court for extension of stay or to file a fresh application for interim relief.
