H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd has informed that it must pay a compounding charge of Rs. 1,41,68,730 to the Income Tax Department for delays in TDS remittance from FY 2012-13 to 2017-18, with the payment due within 30 days of the notice received on October 30, 2025.
