H.G. Infra Engineering Ltd has received a Show Cause Notice from the GST Authority for the period of July 2017 to March 2018, proposing a tax demand of Rs. 43.19 million, interest of Rs. 43.40 million, and a penalty of Rs. 4.32 million for availing ineligible input tax credit on certain services.
