Hatsun Agro Product Ltd. has completed the acquisition of 2,418 equity shares of Milk Mantra Dairy Private Limited, bringing its total purchase to 3,092,964 equity shares and 16,063,72 preference shares for a total of Rs. 231.54 Crores, representing 98.40% ownership in the company.
