Hatsun Agro Product Ltd has completed the acquisition of an additional 7,613 shares of Milk Mantra Dairy for Rs. 0.32 Crores, bringing their total acquisition to 30,80,546 equity shares and 16,06,372 preference shares at a total cost of Rs. 231.40 Crores, now owning 98.14% of the company.
