Godawari Power & Ispat Limited plans to acquire a 60% equity stake in R. G. Pigments Private Limited for Rs. 56.75 Crores and will set up a new unit for manufacturing Opvc Pipes, expected to generate Rs. 200 Crores annually upon full capacity.
