Godawari Power and Ispat Ltd has allotted 284,038 equity shares on April 25, 2025, after employees exercised their vested options under the GPIL ESOP 2023, increasing the paid-up share capital from Rs. 66,89,74,940 to Rs. 66,92,58,978.
