Gokul Agro Resources Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Hiteshkumar Thakkar as the Chief Executive Officer and Whole Time Director of the company for a period of five years, and the re-appointment of Mr. Kanubhai Thakkar as the Chairman & Managing Director for another five years.
