Godrej Properties Ltd has allotted 2,31,21,387 equity shares at Rs 2,595 each, raising approximately Rs 6,000 crore through a Qualified Institutional Placement; this increases their paid-up equity from Rs 139.03 crore to Rs 150.59 crore.
