Globe Commercials Ltd's board approved the acquisition of 84.40% stake in CoOptions Corporation for 20,79,39,152 shares through a swap at a 4:1 ratio during the meeting on 25.03.2025. They also increased their authorized share capital from Rs. 10 crores to Rs. 250 crores.
