Finolex Cables disclosed a corporate guarantee for its JV FJPSL to ICICI Bank for a Rs 80 crore working capital facility, with Finolex providing Rs 39.2 crore of the guarantee. The risk is to be shared pro rata with SEI, per the joint venture agreement and MOU.
