Federal Bank Ltd. has decided to sell 59 lakh equity shares of Equirus Capital, totaling 9.81% stake, for Rs. 77.55 Crores, making ECPL no longer an associate company. The banks total revenue for FY 2024 was Rs. 26,781.95 Crores, with ECPL contributing approximately 0.87%.
