Federal Bank Ltd announced a preferential issue of up to 27,29,74,043 warrants to Asia II Top co XIII Pte. Ltd. at Rs. 227 per warrant, potentially raising around Rs. 6,196.51 crore, with shareholder approval to be sought at an Extra Ordinary General Meeting on November 19, 2025.
