On October 26, 2025, Everest Industries Ltd announced that the Ministry of Environment has granted an amendment in the Environmental Clearance for the sale of land at Podanur, following their notification from August 29, 2025. The total consideration for the land sale is Rs. 133,85,68,000, with the second tranche of Rs. 8 crores now due after the Environmental Clearance.
