Escorts Kubota Ltd has disclosed details of an appeal allowed and demand dropped against the denial of input tax credit by the Commissioner (Appeals) in relation to after-sales warranty services from dealers. The total quantum of tax and penalty stands updated to INR 529.96 crore and INR 48.51 crore respectively.
