Escorts Kubota Limited has disclosed a tax demand of INR 0.02 crore and a penalty of INR 0.002 crore imposed by the Assistant Commissioner (ST), GST Department, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh on account of a mismatch of Input Tax Credit.
