Electrotherm's board meeting on 29th July 2025 approved unaudited financial results for Q1 FY2025 and reappointed Shailesh Bhandari and Suraj Bhandari as Managing Directors for five years, subject to shareholder approval. They also plan to reclassify their share capital of Rs. 78.59 Crores.
