Eco Hotels And Resorts Ltd announced on March 24, 2025, that its Board approved taking over a hotel property with 54 rooms in Vadodara on a long-term lease, which will increase its total properties to over 500 keys. Additionally, they are expanding restaurant operations and set to open EcoXpress Satva in Nagpur by April 2025.
