On April 30, 2025, Dixon Technologies (India) Ltd entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Inventec Corporation, holding a 60% stake, to manufacture Notebook PC and Desktop PC products in India; the JV has not yet started operations and has a current turnover of zero.
