Dish TV India Ltd has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Manoj Dobhal as a Director and has vacated the positions of Mr. Mayank Talwar and Mr. Gurinder Singh as Independent Directors effective August 14, 2025. New appointments of Mr. Arun Kumar Kapoor and Ms. Heena Naishadh Bhatt as Independent Directors are effective immediately from the same date.
