Deepak Fertilisers & Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd reported an order demanding Rs. 28.79 crore from its subsidiary Mahadhan AgriTech Ltd for past tax issues, received on 31st October 2025; however, it claims no material impact on operations and plans to appeal.
