On September 30, 2025, DC Infotech and Communication Ltd approved the appointment of Mr. Dilip Vasudeo Gupta as Secretarial Auditor for five years and increased its Authorized Share Capital from Rs. 17 crore to Rs. 36 crore, amending the Memorandum of Association accordingly.
