Coromandel Chemicals Ltd., a subsidiary of Coromandel International, has signed a joint venture agreement with Sakarni Plaster to produce Phospho-Gypsum based products, contributing Rs. 59 crores to the JV, with the equity split being 60% CCL and 40% Sakarni.
