Coromandel International Ltd. has entered into a restated Joint Venture Agreement with Yanmar Co. Ltd. and others, where Yanmar Asia will subscribe for shares in Yanmar Coromandel Agrisolutions Private Limited at INR 13.50 per share, involving a total investment of between INR 1,000,000,000 and INR 1,500,000,000.
