Coffee Day Hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd (CDHRPL) has entered into an amended LLP agreement with AC & C Hospitality Resort LLP, with new investor Chaitra Civil Ventures (CCV) investing Rs 36 crores for a profit sharing ratio of 37.57%, resulting in a diluted profit sharing ratio of 62.43% for CDHRPL.
