CESC Ltd.s subsidiary Purvah Green Power Pvt Ltd has signed a term sheet to acquire Bhojraj Renewables Energy Pvt Ltd for 100% equity, which includes land and permits for a 300 MW wind and 150 MW solar project, with a cash consideration up to INR 1,085.63 million based on project milestones.
