Centum Electronics approved the re-appointment of Ms. V Kavitha Dutt as Non-Executive Independent Director for 5 years starting March 25, 2025, and Mr. Nikhil Mallavarapu as Whole Time Director for 5 years starting February 13, 2025; they also plan to raise funds up to Rs. 250 crores through various equity instruments.
