Calcom Vision Ltd has restructured its Board Committees following the retirement of Mr. Ashok Kumar Sinha, appointing Mr. Naresh Kumar Jain as the Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee and updating the compositions of the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees.
