Barak Valley Cements Ltd. appointed Mr. Nishant Garodia as an additional Non-Executive director, and Mr. Vaibhav Arora and Mrs. Vandana Agarwal as additional Independent directors, effective from August 14, 2024, with their terms subject to AGM approval. The reappointment of secretarial and cost auditors for FY 2024-25 was also announced.
