Four Non-Executive Independent Directors, including Mr. Avijit Deb, Dr. Ajai Puri, Mr. Keki Dadiseth, and Mr. Keki Elavia, have retired from their positions at Britannia Industries upon the end of their terms, with the latter concluding on 12th August 2024, and their contributions have been appreciated by the Board.
