Mr. Debashis Chatterjee has been appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Independent Director) for five years starting from 29th October, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. This follows the Board meeting held on the same day that also approved the unaudited financial results for the second quarter ended 30th September, 2025.
