Borosil Ltd has acquired an additional 0.75% stake in Goel Scientific Glass Works Ltd, increasing its shareholding to 95.48%. It has also subscribed to the rights issue and increased its shareholding to 99.01%. Goel Scientifics turnover for FY2023, FY2022, and FY2021 were Rs. 61.30 crore, Rs. 46.85 crore, and Rs. 32.45 crore respectively.
