Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd has appointed Mr. Ravi Janardhanan as Executive Director and Chief Innovation Officer, among other key management positions, and approved an investment limit of Rs. 1300 crores, along with plans to issue new equity shares and raise USD 50 million via foreign convertible bonds.
