Starbigbloc Building Material Limited has allotted 27 lakh shares for Rs. 33.75 crores at Rs. 125 per share, thereby ceasing to be a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bigbloc Construction Ltd. Starbigbloc contributed 38.73% of revenue and 33.54% of net worth for the fiscal year 2023-24.
