Bharat Forge Ltd. has approved and taken on record the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2023, declared an interim dividend of Rs. 2.50 per equity share, approved the raising of funds not exceeding Rs. 5,000,000,000, and approved the re-appointment of Mr. Dipak Mane as the Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company.
