Bharat Forge has recommended a final dividend of Rs.5.50 per equity share for FY 2023, which will be payable post approval of the shareholders at the ensuing AGM, and an email communication explaining the process on withholding tax from dividends has been sent to all the shareholders whose e-mails are registered with the Company.
