Brightcom Group Ltd has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary named Brightcom Defence Private Limited to manage its defence business, with a three-member leadership team including Mayuk Reddy overseeing operations. The subsidiary's registered office is in Hyderabad and does not affect the existing share capital of Brightcom Group.
