Black Box Ltd (formerly AGC Networks Ltd) has announced that their indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Black Box Technologies Australia, has entered into a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire Global Speech Networks Pty Ltd for approx. AUD 2.5 million, expected to be completed within 60 days of signing the agreement.
