The Board of Directors have approved the expansion/upgradation of existing projects including the addition of equipment for the manufacture of electronic grade DMC, the construction of a 20 MW solar power plant, and the execution of rooftop solar power plants for captive consumption. The company is also proposing new projects. Balaji Speciality Chemicals, a subsidiary, has received a Mega Project Status for various products with a proposed investment of Rs. 750 Crores.
