Axis Bank has allotted 3,85,100 fully paid unsecured redeemable long-term non-convertible debentures of Rs. 1,00,000 each, totaling Rs. 3,851 crore, at a 7.64% annual interest rate, with a maturity period of 10 years until March 7, 2034.
