Aurobindo Pharma has entered a binding agreement on July 29, 2025, to acquire 100% of shares of Curateq Biologics s.r.o. from Helix Healthcare B.V. for EUR 3,000,000, aiming to integrate it as a wholly owned subsidiary to enhance its biologics business.
