Ashoka Buildcon Ltd has acquired 44,57,848 Class A CCDs and 1,15,17,129 Class B CCDs for a total consideration of INR 882.25 Crores, as part of a partial acquisition from investors in Ashoka Concessions Limited, with the agreement to extend the acquisition deadline to October 31, 2025.
