Ashika Credit Capital Ltd has converted 43,88,800 and 35,30,000 Equity Convertible Warrants into Equity Shares at issue prices of Rs. 306 and Rs. 118 respectively, raising total funds of approximately Rs. 100.72 crores for the company and increasing its paid-up share capital to Rs. 33,10,78,000.
