Ashika Credit Capital Ltd has allotted a total of 95,40,000 equity shares and 60,30,000 equity convertible warrants at an issue price of Rs. 1181 each, raising the paid-up equity capital to Rs. 21,42,00,000 following shareholder approval. The allotment was made on a preferential basis to both promoter and non-promoter groups.
