Aptus Value Housing Finance has received a credit rating reaffirmation from CARE Ratings, with long-term bank facilities rated at AA- (Positive) for ₹1,950 crore, non-convertible debentures (proposed) at ₹300 crore rated AA- (Positive), and previously issued debentures reduced to ₹80 crore also rated AA- (Positive).
