Aptus Value Housing Finance India Ltds credit ratings have been reaffirmed by CARE Ratings, with a rating of CARE AA- for its non-convertible debentures worth Rs 90 crore and long-term bank facilities of Rs 1,950 crore. The non-convertible debentures rating was reduced from Rs 95 crore, while the long-term bank facilities rating was enhanced from Rs 1,850 crore.
